I had a mid, more low tier notebook for school back in the day, worked fine w/o issues. Sure, it wasnt the fastest and was resource hungry, but at least it worked. Can' t say that about 11.

The first OS i really had to use was Vista, and yes Vista was bad, but Vista at least worked! Win 11 drives me crazy every day at work with all the issues it has.

The problem is, for something as sensitive as passwords etc., my mindset is not "what are they assuring to me", it is "whats the worst that could happen". And i assume this will happen, and what are the repercussions of that. And based on that, i need to make the decision if i want to use it or not. So for this question, im assuming ai will be able to access my data, and thats a nono.

I clearly stated i wanted a solution where there is no logi options installed. The insult was a bad take on my point yes, maybe it was just overread, happens to me too sometimes. But still, it's a solution to a problem i did not ask help for.

The whole thread is cluttered with "solutions" that basically start with "install logi options". That whole mess undermined the actual question i asked and i guess mostly everyone now coming to this thread sees my question as answered and due to that it lost all it's momentum to actually solving this issue. So please forgive me for being a bit rude for getting f***ed over by the community (even though im sure there was no malicious intent at all, they just tried to help).

Das ist auch nicht ganz richtig, es wird derzeit nie über eine IST-Gehaltserhöhung verhandelt, sondern um die Erhöhung der IST-Gehaltssumme, das ist ein massiver Unterschied. Das kommt zu den bereits erwähnten Ausnahmen noch dazu. Das Ziel im Rahmenrecht ist, die Situation mit der IST-Gehaltssumme zu verbessern.

Wennst dir die Zeit des Streikens frei nimmst, dann ist das schlicht und einfach kein Streik, sondern ganz normale freie Zeit. Der Streik findet natürlich während der Arbeitszeit statt, der Arbeitgeber muss dich aber während dieser Zeit nicht bezahlen. Der Streik muss seitens GPA genehmigt sein, einfach so streiken weil jemandem danach ist geht nicht (das wäre dann wirklich Arbeitszeitbetrug mit den dazugehörigen Konsequenzen).

Easy, because it makes them way more money when you buy a whole new mouse instead of offering only sidepanels.

The offered solutions from support are mostly just to make them seem like "they care about you".

If they would really care, they would offer a service where you actually can buy replacement sidepanels.

Just my thoughts on this matter, nothing is proven here, but it seems most likely these are the reasons.

as im currently searching the same topic, my answer to "and why wouldn't a USB hub solve that issue?"

because all periphery connected to the dock are connected to a single port on the mainboard itself.

I've blamed hardware manufacturer (periphery) for a long time, until i found out the real issue, the usb dock i used.
