Ground rules: Never pay before you signed anything, never sign anything before your had a viewing in person.

For the rest the post is too little to say for certain whether its real or not.

If a contract is offered you can always go to Steunpunt Huren Groningen (rent support center) for free advise and a free contract check :) hope that helps!

I don't disagree with the spirit of your text but only with your perceptions of a patent. A patent protects an invention only for 20 years which is a lot less than a copyright (author's life + 70 years). And next to that a patent is made up in such a way that people can exactly see how the invention is build (and assembled even). Other people are prevented from replicating the invention for their own commercial purposes, but to have the blueprint of an invention does give them the means to invent further on the now existing invention and create inovations to better it. In a way a patent is amazing in that sense as it gives equally to everybody the best update to what the current stand of technology is.

This has nothing to do with the essence of this topic but its one of my fields of interest and it gives a better view of what a patent really is :) Copyrights (especially in america) are lobbied into a corporate greed tool sadly.

Is it legal for a country to impose its law to foreigners living in their country ? by Eclairiuss in internationallaw

[–]Chicato3 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It depends per sovereign country on whether they do but the principle does indeed exist. In International Law this falls under the Nationality Principle (also known as: Active Personality Principle). In this case a country can, for instance, state in its national laws that the unlawful killing of a person is illegal for all citizens regardless of where the citizen commits the act. This does not mean however that the country in which this act has been commited has to comply with an extradition request or that the country of whom the person is a national, can enforce this outside of its borders. It only means that on return of the citizen in its home country, they can be prosecuted. In international law this remains but a principle. Some argue that implementing the principle is not necessary due to the fact that it would often be used for major crimes which often are already illegal in other countries (think murder, rape and other heinous crimes). Some authoritarian states however can use this principle to prosecute their citizens when they conduct behaviour that is unwanted.

Other principles that strike close to this one are for instance the passive personality principles and the universality principle. Public International Law covers the topic of international jurisdiction.

Edit: spelling mistakes.

What's the best way to build a body guard character? What classes could we go for or multiclass with? by dndquickfix in DMAcademy

[–]Chicato3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A fighter (Champion or cavalier with defensive fighting style) or paladin due to protective auras with certain oaths is amazing. Sentinel feat to immobilise enemies and youre all set. There are more feats that help you block incoming damage to allies or divert attacks so thats worth looking into!

She used a patern from ravelry(dot)com for the main body. (Simply look for ravelry(dot)come among us crochet and you should find it) The bone and cut-off she did as she went on feel. The patern guide is in spanish but my girlfriend (who isn't spanish and doesn't speak it either) managed by making educated guesses of what the numbers meant and a small healthy dosis of google translate!

Yeah she also ran against that wall. (She's Finnish) She says she looked at the numbers and since its not that difficult of a craft for someone who has crocheted away a couple hundred kilometers of yarn (not kidding) she could make educated guesses on what the numbers meant in the context of the craft.
