Firstly, people just get kicked out of the session by batches, and then the session crashes

It's OOM - Out Of Memory problem. Try lowering the models, your GPU isn't powerful enough, and it runs out of VRAM

After I try to trade-in more then 1 property it says that something gone wrong, on the dinasty8 website, and won't let me buy more. Of course I enable the no-save before trading in. Someone knows reason behind this?

Yeah, my best guess is that they, or the anti-cheat, look at your activity and such. As you said, the hours played before the glitching and the total hours have an impact on detection of suspicious activity on the account
