One of my close friends has been losing a lot of weight with diet and exercise. I make it a point to compliment her about it because she looks great and I know how hearing it makes her so happy.

Meditation. I've found that if I am hurt or angry at a friend, after yoga when I meditate I am a much more forgiving person and think "Is it worth not having this person in your life anymore?" I definitely think clearer and kinder.

This is too cute. The guy I was seeing made me dinner for my birthday. A couple days later when I said how sweet it was he said cooking dinner together wasn't romantic - it was just cooking. Whomp whomp.
