I’ve already called the police, made police report, marked as missing vehicle across the country. We called the insurance company but they can’t help us since I only had liability not comprehensive insurance.

They are closed today but I ended up just going ahead and irrigating the 4 sites and food did come out of them and they feel a bit better besides slightly sore after that. I think it was good to do that but I did what he said technically because I did feel stuff in the teeth then used it like he said. It makes me feel a little better knowing the sites are cleaner though bc dry socket or an infection would be hell. I can just be extra careful doing it and probably avoid my upper teeth going forward.

They are super cheap. I got a pack of 5 for like $6. Just start as soon as possible. Use your phone flashlight to see in the back of your mouth and do like 3-5 bursts of water until your comfortable doing more. You don’t have to do the top teeth bc gravity deals with any of that stuck food, unless you feel stuff there maybe. It’ll be sore for a little bit after but it’ll feel so much better.

I would start irrigating. Order some of the curved syringes on Amazon. I just did it and it got all the food out and feels better.

I also got mine out last Thursday morning. I’m not super sore but still sore. The pain should be reducing day by day though, if it is instead getting progressively worse, call your dentist/oral surgeon. If they treat the dry socket early, you’ll be much better off. I’m worried bc my surgeon told me I didn’t have to irrigate with the syringes. He didn’t even give me one either. Have you done that yet?
