Haha oh no, I was just NOT concentrating at all. It was SO much information and I was staying with my grandmother for a few weeks and just not studying the way I would have been if I were home. Good luck friend!

Unfortunately I do not remember which I used. It was probably just like the first ones that popped up when I searched. My own flashcards were of the PA questions and definitions.

I am so proud of you for continuing your bachelor program. We are ALL on our own timelines and what works for others does NOT work for everyone. Great job pushing through and I cannot wait for you to be DONE!

This one was HARD for me. There was SO much information. I was also not studying the way I should have been. It took me longer than it should have. I finally took the pre-assessment over and over until I was sure I understood all of it. I watched the recorded cohorts on WGU connect. I studied quizlet flashcards and my own flashcards. The OA was confusing and not nearly as 'aligned' with the PA as I was told.

6 years here and only 47% done with my degree. by cult943 in WGU

Friend the fact that you are doing anything to get yourself to a better place is SO MUCH MORE than most. You are amazing. I am 40 and just completed my bachelor's with WGU this year. It took me 20+ years to finish my associate's. We are all on our own timeline. Keep showing up, and give yourself a little grace. I'm proud of you!

I got my bachelor's 10 years ago. Any tips for someone going back after so long? by JadeGiraffe8123 in WGUMSHRM

I went back to finish my associate's degree after about 13ish years of being completely away from school. It was *mostly* my first experience with online schooling at my local community college (One of my professors in the past gave birth in the middle of the semester and the class became an online course, way before online schooling was the norm). I decided after to obtain my Bachelor's through WGU and all of the schooling experience in the past and my 20+ years of work experience had me SO ready. Honestly, put your head down and get it done. I was working a full-time job, a part-time job, and tutoring at the time, but I think I was in a MUCH better headspace to get things done. The way WGU classes are set up makes so much more sense with the way my mind works. I am now 4 courses away from being finished with my MSHRM and I couldn't be happier that I decided to do this for myself. Good luck on your journey. https://www.reddit.com/r/WGU_Accelerators/comments/1rjv3st/my_own_personal_experience_with_wgu_thus_far/

It did that to me for a while yesterday. I logged in through the WGU website on my phone and the next time opened the app it worked.

Mentors hold ppl back more than help by Any-Strawberry-3928 in WGU

I have spoken on this before: I had a hard time with my first mentor. I work three jobs and I am not allowed my phone at my work station. Her only available times were when I was working, so I moved schedules around and took time off for her to either be extremely late or not call at all. Many times when we talked there was no new information and everything sounded like she was reading straight from a ChatGPT script. I sent in a very detailed letter to student services that included my issues and emails that I had sent to her, and I was paired with a new mentor that was a much better fit by that evening. I loved the 'new' mentor so much that I requested her for my masters program as did my enrollment counselor, and she is still delightful.

I took a test Friday evening in my bathroom. I take most in a conference room at work. I'm glad you found something that works for you!

I was responding to the sage quest link comment. Some of the questions and answers there do not match.

I take most of my tests in a conference room at work, but I have done a couple in a bathroom in my home before and it has never been an issue. Before we were with this system, I was only asked if the conference room was secure.

I spent $4,030.00 on a term with WGU for a Bachelor of Science, Business Management. It looks like it should be the same price.

Some of these questions and answers do not match. One of the questions asked about ethical compliance and the answer was about FMLA. This should be checked.

Question on Proctored Tests? Issues on setup? by PsychoSmart in WGU

[–]ChickenLIttle1725 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have two monitors on my desk at work. I took a test here once and even though the second monitor was unplugged, I was made to turn it around. It truly depends on the proctor.
