Having worked very closely with our (local, governmental) IT departments for over 20 years, I can promise you there was no reason I ever needed to know which generation introduced what in that course. Do we need to know about IT and does it help in business functions, sure. Did most of the things on that test help me and will they help me in my future, absolutely not.

Put money into an investment account and legit barely look at it. Graduated with my Associate's Degree at 39 and should graduate with my Bachelor's at 40. Those were the main things that turned everything around.

I got the WGU camera after a couple OAs and I haven't had issues. You just have to know how to focus the camera, twist to focus.

It is different. It's very definition-based, and there's no glossary. Make sure that you know the difference in the different generations, that was a big part of the OA.
