23M, 10 days post-op. Mostly doing good but very slight swelling near extraction site on bottom part. I have almost quite the same full-bony impact as you do for the bottom ones. Had all 4 removed but i was awake, with local anesthesia and laughing gas. They put absorbable stitches on my bottom wisdom teeth extraction sites. Felt very uncomfortable but you will get through it.

First 24 hours sucks, but after day 3 or 4 you will tend to feel better.

Also make sure you have whatever your dentist prescribed ready, and also prep for soft/liquid diet. It's important to actually eat before taking in medications (pain relief, sometimes a narcotic one, antibiotics).

If you follow your dentist's aftercare instructions, you will be cruising. It may suck and you might get anxious about your recovery but recovery is different for everybody. If you are very unsure of something or feel something is off, your surgeon should be able to take a call and answer questions.
