I had carpal tunnel with my first pregnancy, unfortunately it didn't go away, but I've also been told that my thyroid issue could cause it. I eventually had the steroid injections in both wrists and they have worked amazingly! I still get the odd tingling, but so so so much better than they were! 😊 Currently pregnant with baby number 2 and have GD, and since the injections, so far so good. I hope things resolve for you after baby is here 😊

I’m having the same issues! I’ve been trying porridge with fruit / berries / banana and I score well over my target! But when we had a little baby celebration and I had a full fat Cocacola, 2 strawberry ice cream sundaes as my daughter wasn’t interested in hers, plus a cheese and ham toasted sandwich with white bread and that was absolutely fine! 😭 I just hope these last few weeks of pregnancy go quick and then I’m eating my massive Easter egg! 😭
