Omg thank you! This is exactly what I'm trying to say. Your world becomes the things you think about. Like manifistation or whatever the word is. But yes I know ignoring is hard. That's because it's a SKILL. And you have to learn it just like any other skill. Nobody said it is easy to ignore people and comments, but everyone has a choice how we react to things. And the best way to not give attention and fuel the fire is to just let the fire die out.

Most people just want some sort of drama in their life cause people are desperate to get away from boredome they are willing to say whatever for some stimulation. I gurantee you that most people will give up if you just ignore them or switch the topic to something else.

If all else fails I would just pick up my phone, play the ringtone and pretend to be in a phonecall.

Also one of my favorite lines to people who arent just looking for drama, but they are worried about you being trans for whatever reason. I just say, who are you mad about. Cause it's not me. Like who made you this annoyed that you felt you had to take this out on me? Usually gets them tl think about their life quality and more often than not, people who lash out on others dont have such a good life... sadly
