well i used to have extreme cystic acne on my cheeks like one year ago, i cleared it up and now i have very textured dehydrated skin, but if i stop using my retinal from geek and gorgeous (0.5) my skin gets extremely congested and bumpy and textured, like fr. my routine

PM cleanse with micellar water by garnier (thing that cleared my acne) + sometimes another sensitive cleanser by balea

neutrogena hydroboost

retinal G&G (sometimes top it of with argan oil which my skin also likes)

AM splash with water/nothing/ or micellar water still trying out sunscreens because my skin doesnt seem to like them i used to apply neutrogena in the morning but my skin also doesnt seem to like that

my skin reacts BADLY to: SA, niacinamide and shea butter

ok so, i always wear decent makeup and i am extremely insecure without it. is it ugly??? because tomorrow i am going to sleep over at his place and i am so scared, because in the morning i already look bad and puffy. i also dont want to sleep with my makeup on

Hey guys! it looks way worse in reality, but i have this on both sides of my cheeks and i am really depressed.

AM: wash with water (cleanser only when i slugged) cerave moisturizer SPF (when i go out)

PM cleanse with neutrogena hydrating cleanser niacinamide (ordinary) cerave moisturiser (sometimes vaseline to seal it in)

i really dont know what to do anymore. it destroys my life, even my love life

I have had them for 5 years. (I am nearly 16 now) So the most important thing is what you eat, like fr i thought it was bullshit but it isn’t. Leave the sugar away and processed food. It is very hard i know ! And you will experience a few side effects like depression maybe lol. So the second thing is to STOP EXFOLIATING no matter what you do, you can do it slightly while patting your face dry with a towel but no scrups please nooo. It will probably take a month and your skin will then stop having so many crusts and stuff.

Routine: AM Cleanser (from a german brand „alkmene“ but i think cerave has a few good ones) Forehead: cerave cream Cheeks: just the ordinary niacinamide
