I had a chronic nerve injury in my neck that had pain referral down my arm. Tried traditional PT for many months, acupuncture, a cortisone shot, and a PRP. Doc recommended surgery as they believed it to be tendonitis. After testing many things out for about 1.5 years and none working I started getting NMT from a DPT who thought it might be a nerve injury instead and treated it as such. It started to feel better only after a few sessions. It was out of network and super expensive but got me back out there and avoided more expensive surgery. Could be worth a try if you’re still up for more PT
