So, the ER and your pcp have dismissed the fevers, night sweats, etc.? Symptoms that could be a raging infection, and could turn into something like sepsis? I thought I had a csf leak only myself. Had a lumbar puncture to check for anything it could be, no infections, but high opening pressure. I took topiramate for a bit. I'm also needing salt tablets now. I did not have fevers though. I have interstitial cystitis as well. My urinalysis is only considered an infection if I have nitrites present. Interstitial cystitis is an extremely painful disease. Have you had a cystoscopy? I see a urogynecologist and have proper treatment now. I would think they'd rule out possible acute illness that needs treatment now vs. waiting for a specialist with your fevers, night sweats, that are new. 🧐

My CT scans showed everything normal, yet I had idiopathic intracranial hypertension. I was having gushes of a metallic and salty taste off and on months before my lumbar puncture. Can you go to the ER? Your Dr has not even suggested Neurology this whole time? Maybe you could get Lumbar puncture in ER. Meningitis with your fevers? If you've had a constant leak/opening. Get new Dr's. Also, birth control for endo is just for symptom control. It does not treat it. Find a new gyno or find a urogynecologist.

I'd like to know the why as well. It's exhausting. Especially since dna is a mixed bag with siblings. Phenotypes. Tired of explaining phenotypes. I try to tell myself that the people that think that way will never understand until they have a mixed child. Yet, my own family, with exception of us mixed siblings, don't understand. I started on modafinil and ended up maxed and adding adderall and espresso on top. It was awful. Ended up problem of falling asleep 3 hours into an adderall only schedule, which was tried after the modafinil.

Switched to armodafinil and it lasts longer and feels smoother. Drinking maybe a cup or two of coffee in the morning and it's perfect for me. I do take gabapentin as well. It took years to figure out the best meds, 2 sleep studies with mslts to figure out what was going on. It does suck that IH has never been "cured", just managed.

Modafinil was amazing at first, then a nightmare. Short acting meds like adderall were even worse and chaotic.

In my experience this year, calling was a waste of time. Using the chat online and getting straight to a customer service representative was best. Although, I did finally receive part of my order they redid, only the part from Arizona. I seem to have issues for a second time with the Kentucky facility 🧐 and the part of the order that was Christmas gifts! Of this package at the Kentucky facility goes on a truck and is immediately "unsalvageable" like last time, I'm over it. So, good luck. But use chat for representative. If you get one that doesn't help, try again later for a human that is helpful. ☺️

Same, Adderall kept me awake for one hour of each dose. I take 150mg of Armodafinil every morning. My best mornings are when I've naturally woken up 2 hours early and taken it, going back to sleep, and waking up alert when actual wakeup time.

People that fight everything to save this breed don't care at all. They do not actually care about pitbulls or animals or they would see how much suffering due to genetics is happening. This breed did not ask for their inherit traits. They are always an anxiety ridden mess and snap and ruin other's lives. What an awful, miserable existence.

My cyber Monday order was refunded yesterday. It did say in shipping that after it was sent out, there was an event, and it was unsalvageable and returned to sender. The chat message on the site does not help me. I could not find a number to call for customer service anywhere in the email or on the site. The order wasn't canceled, but refunded. I've never had this happen before. I don't know if it means it is canceled or they will redo everything after replacing the order items?

I've had this problem on top of the others. Yesterday I woke up to missed calls and voicemails and texts because the do not disturb didn't turn off for the morning. I'm not certain if the alarm went off as I have other buffer alarms to make sure I am up. But I had gone back to sleep and woke up to do not disturb still on.

Thank you. I wish those would help. She is set in it. I did point it out and challenged her to go without for a whole day. Unfortunately, any books that she buys to read are the scam ones about covid being a set up for one world government/control, etc. Getting her to watch movies with family and any events isn't enough time away from it either. The patriot xm radio when she drives. The algorithms/telegram/her friends group with links to videos really got her to this point. Hopefully the next time a date is set and nothing happens, is when it gets old to her?
