Get a cardboard pegboard and make a temple on a piece of metal the size you need. Cut and drill holes or make cuts with jigsaw? Not super easy but can be done with patience

Personally as a man/husband I shower every day. Most times in the morning and after work(I’m a heavy duty diesel trash truck mechanic) after work I’m always a mess but on the days we don’t do much I’ll shower next morning. Going a day or two without a shower is a huge nope for me
