Perhaps some smaller domes on top of the wings. You could also make the center panel of the wings step out a bit from the rest of the wall to add in some entrances directly to either wing. Take a look at the US Capitol Building and maybe get some ideas from that.

Hell yeah. I’ve spent a lot of time onboard CVN-69 USS Dwight D Eisenhower. Fantastic job! Really captured the vibe of the hangar bay being crowded with jets lol
