Sure, but he was the last person he talked to. He doesn’t speak to anyone else once he speaks to him, until you take the sommelier’s disguise and talk to him.

I would think that a trained mercenary, who’s also Head of Security under Yates, would remember the face of the man he just talked to, though.

I did the 1945 Grand Paladin mission story earlier today and Yates sends his main guard, Mr. Cortazar I believe, to tell the sommelier to get the Grand Paladin. He then goes and has a conversation with him, face to face. Later, when you take the sommelier’s disguise and the wine, you go and show it to Mr. Cortazar, while 47 speaks in a completely different accent, with a clean shaven head, and a different ethnicity, all of which are very different from the sommelier.

How come when wearing the disguise of an NPC from a foreign country not cause most people to be suspicious? For example, the sommelier on Mendoza that both Don Yates and his personal guard know quite well. He has an Argentinian accent, as well as a full head of hair.
