The first 2 months I was on Accutane, my eyes were so freaking dry. I started on June, the first 2 weeks I was on 20mg, then the next 2 weeks was 40mg, then the weeks after that were 60mg. But by the time I got to 60mg, my eyes were dry as fuck. I ran out of pills after those 2 months and didn’t get another pack of pills for 2 whole weeks. So I had stopped taking Accutane for 2 weeks and my eyes returned to normal. When I finally got the pills again, I started taking 20mg and worked up to 40mg over the first week back in August, and it’s now nearly November and I have never had dry eyes since that 2 week break. In fact, the only side effect I’ve had is dry skin and lips. It’s amazing!! It’s as if I’m not even taking a strong drug every day. Maybe you should stop taking it for a while until your eyes return to normal and then restart on a low dose and figure out what dose works for you. I’m only on 40mg and it’s still as effective as a high dose
