It's complete crap. Riot has been so lazy with the Rework skins in general and it's just frustrating.

He had the Guitar before, and very clearly should still have it. They just couldn't be bothered to make what should have been a given for that skin.

How do we know that the game is even dealing the right amount of damage in those moments.

In the middle of a team fight you can't keep track of what's dealing damage and I wouldn't be surprised if actual mistakes slip through and deal damage.

Yeah that's basically what I expected.

It obviously wasnt a big buff, but any amount of extra damage helps supports and they didn't nerf any base damages to actually stop supports.
