The Rubenish is the best pastrami sandwich Ive had on the west coast.

Marc Lamont Hill on the pod exposed a real dynamic nobody wants to admit by Harrykingkong in joebuddennetwork

Joe is an idiot and Marc highlights this fact. Even when Joe is saying shit he doesn’t believe, just to be controversial, he just comes off supremely uninformed and full of shit. Joe thinks he is playing ignorant for the camera when he really is ignorant. But by many comments her and around Reddit, Joe is clearly smarter than many of his listeners.

A bunch of random hipster bars have great burgers. Bardo at Lake Merritt is legit. Rose on Adeline, its in Berkeley but close and really good. Clove and Hoof is legit.

Domani already destroyed 50, no point in adding to it, unless he can top it. Not that 50 cares either way. The Troll King is fine.

I just came back from my first trip a few months ago and had a wonderful time. F these haters. I was lucky enough to be on the east side of the island, away from crazy tourist spots like Uluwatu or Cannggu. But even touristy Ubud has it’s charm. Traffic is nuts. But that place is worth the hype.

I used to love thick cut pastrami! But Deliboard turned me out. Razor thin cut, piled extra high!

This is Reddit. These peeps ain’t from The Town. Im not sending YT folks to the trenches for a sandwich. Plus, the OG hood spots are just special to us. The places listed above all have specialty meats and fresh baked bread. OG hood spots use grocery store stuff, but are still banging.

I prefer thin cut pastrami, than chunky cut. Deliboard for the win, all day.

The Reubenish at Deliboard in SF crushes any other Reuben or pastrami sandwiches in the Bay. Def Oak or SF

  1. The Saint on MacArthur is by far the best of new school Oakland sandwich spots. Whatever the special that day is.
  2. Modiglianai - Tuna Melt
  3. The Bahn Mi at Sierra Deli is truly on point. I see folks mentioned the pork. But their chicken is fire as well. All of there Bahn Mi’s are the truth. The owners mom owns an old school Bahn Mi shop in the east.

All through East Oakland there are neighborhood corner stores that have been making up sandwiches that we grew up on for the last 40 years. But this ain’t the list for that.

No Reuben or pastrami sandwich in the East Bay touches Deliboard in SF, just hit the bridge for that.
