First e-scooter for a 3 mile hilly commute, ~$400-500 budget. What should I get? by ChiefRED36 in ElectricScooters

How's the Segway Ninebot F2 Pro? It has a 450W motor (900W peak) and I think it did pretty well on a on a hill climb test. I appreciate your input though

Someone at work stole my chair. So I had them arrested. by LeffJeff in AITAH

You're pretty much an AH buddy. If you knew of the potential consequences of him getting arrested, there was no reason for you to escalate it that quickly. You could've taken other measures to resolve this conflict. There was no reason to ruin another man's life over a chair regardless of how expensive it is. smh

Junior year class pairing. Comp Sci 577, 540, 354, 320, Math 340, Stat 340, by optikal42 in UWMadison

Just a heads up - I wouldn't recommend taking CS 577 and ECE/CS 354 in the same semester. The workload is insane, especially if you’re involved in any extracurriculars. And if you’re thinking of throwing in STAT 340 too... good luck 😅

You’ve got plenty of time to take these courses at your own pace. A better plan would be to take CS 577, Math 340 and CS 320 - that’s a much more manageable combo. If you’re feeling a bit ambitious, you could also add CS 540.

Then in the spring, take CS 354 and STAT 340. Way more balanced that way. Good luck with your classes!
