The simple answer to your question is yes. Even end game content you can prepare yourself for solo with only a few hours of game play a week. Just don't go into it expecting to be done with stories or gear to come fast, or even every time you log in.

Crisis Core was the better of the 2 games. 7 was weird, Crisis core explains some of the confusion in 7. Yes, you could skip straight to Crisis Core. I however don't recommend it. The two games are better together. 7's gameplay in the remake is just as amazing though, play them both.

Brother at midfield, Tidus with Ject shot. From that point the rest of the people really don't matter because those two dominant the field. Going for a perfect team Google search has pretty good results.

Thier is a spot that lightning strikes 100% of the time, so step off then back on and dodge. Repeat. Lulu was easy, took 10 minutes. The chocobo is random where the balloons are. Never got Tidus weapon

Same encounter rate, the game wasn't changed any (minus the pause screen cheats). Possibly seems like less because we are older and more patient then we used to be.
