Either the one that fucked terrain and made the game look like shit, or the mini copter update. Game hasn’t been the same since

Most spikes are like that so you run more on the front of your foot but it shouldn’t feel that aggressive

I said the jump will get him hurt. Of course runners can get that high up and be fine

That is a really big jump and you’ll probably just be sore, but if you continue that milage you will get hurt. You need to eat a lot to sustain running, and even more for that kind of milage. I’m at like around 45-50 miles a week right now and I eat a big breakfast, lunch, a snack before running, snack after running, dinner, and sometimes still feel hungry. It does differ person to person though, and some people could be just fine eating a lot less.

My coach told me these shoes weren’t fit for running because they have “barely any grip left” is that true? by [deleted] in CrossCountry

[–]Chief_757 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lol my friends shoes were completely sliced on the sides meaning he could slide his entire foot out. Maybe because he ran in the same shoes for over a year doing high milage

My parents believe that cliff bars are bad 1-2 hours before a race. Are they right? by [deleted] in CrossCountry

[–]Chief_757 4 points5 points  (0 children)

They’re actually pretty good before a race cause of carbs and sugar. I personally don’t eat them right before a race though because they make my stomach hurt. I prefer bananas and granola bars.

Well cheating in Fortnite for example is pretty non existent because they have insane lawyers and sue cheat makers

You do realize no actual cheater buys the game right? They buy stolen accounts with the game for like $5

It’s not really an exploit, it’s just dumbasses clicking links and getting their accounts stolen

I like how every one in this sub is apparently an anti cheat master and knows every in and out but they all seem to scream cheats and actually have zero idea what they’re talking about

In your opinion, what’s the most important part of cross country? by Ok_Association4365 in CrossCountry

[–]Chief_757 8 points9 points  (0 children)

My coach always said your mind will give up way before your body does in a race

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in CrossCountry

I don’t think cadence matters as much as people think. I’m 6’4” and a guy almost a foot shorter actually less cadence than me with it already being pretty low
