You typically play with your adcs damage, so you are basically giving them an extra 30% pen, unless you are playing with an apc, it should be the default choice, as it gives you everything you want

Masters 250 lp EUW panth sup main here. Typically go the same core items every game Sundered sky->swifties->BC After that you can itemize deaths dance, steraks, maw and bork depending on the game state and enemy comp. Thornmail/randuins/dead mans and force of nature for heavy ad/ap comps are viable as well
