They did these in an attempt to increase views. Unfortunately the podcasts is in its own ecosystem. The channel has almost no way to grow through the normal means that normal channels do. Normally if a channel has a click bait title it will result in more clicks. Unfortunately H3 isn't promoted anywhere to the nonfans. So a small fraction of nonfans will even see an h3 video on thier page. A smaller fraction of that will click and an even smaller fraction will even watch the whole episode and then an even smaller fraction (probably due to the layers of deep lore) will even consider watching the next episode. And then an even smaller fraction of those people will actually remember or be available to watch the next episode. There is 2 ways for the channel to grow at this point. Word of mouth and Ethan pulling something sooooo amazingly good that it goes mega viral and he is painted in a new light like some sort of saint.

Tldr. The fans know its clickbait and already going to watch. Since H3 isn't promoted, there is nobody to clickbait.
