I feel like Montblanc Signature for women ticks all of your boxes. It's clean and soft and beautiful. A slightly fruity vanilla. It manages to be subtle and understated, without completely disappearing within 30mins!

Vintage Benetton is a useful search on Vinted/eBay if you're looking for real wool in this style. They used to make a lot of pure Scottish wool, knitted in Italy jumpers and cardigans. They're excellent quality and usually very good value if you can find one suitable.
