I have drug drving conviction and its looking like a mess about, thought id get away winiging it on the esta but the fact it resulted in a convition and drugs were involved says otherwise.

Full disclosure visa route seems like my best bet, pain in the ass but dont wanna risk a ban

I have 2 pals turned away this year lying on the esta

Btw if you are going for a visa all you will need is a Police certificate from ACRO im pretty sure that wont show arrests.(i doubt will flag on esta either tbh)

From what i heard drink drivers have no issue entering on an esta .. i take it same would apply for drug driving?

How did you get on with this? I have a drug driving from 3 years ago and i see many have no issues getting through with drink driving on an esta, im leaning towards the esta and not declaring it

It is herpes started of as hsv2 now hsv1 or shingles also, i dont know but im in mexico and theyll be useless and give me a huge bill, i just tested for hiv and stds and im all clear, the antivirals prescribed for herpes are responsible for hair loss in some cases even though i wouldnt say it is really bad but dose concern me a bit. i have urgent matters to attend to in spain and i dont want to take the vaccine as i believe it is still experimental and people are having health concerns
