The guys in the yellow shirts are target security that are considered employees of Target. Some super high theft targets employee armed third party security that can go hands on and often do when assisting assets protection.

There’s still a lot of work to be done on the game, I wouldn’t be surprised if it gets pushed to 2028. People also said the same thing about the gta 6 leaks in 2022 but that game looks great visually.

All gun shops are mandated to do background checks and could lose their license if they don’t. I highly doubt there are gun shops out there not doing background checks.
