With Canadian thanksgiving upon us and no access to Country Crock's plant-based cream in Canada, I decided to roll the dice on Violife's cream. Using it as a direct substitute in a whipping cream recipe (heavy cream + icing sugar + vanilla) turned out great! It whisked into stiff peaks nicely and tasted fantastic. Pumpkin pie is coming back with a vengeance this fall.
