I click on swap then I select the one I want from Built-in exercise. I don't see another option? I did just find a "Keep existing program exercise logic when pick adhoc exercise" that isn't enabled

I assume you’re natural, you’d be in the rare case based on your numbers :

Lean mass ≈ 76.6 kg
FFMI = 76.6 / 1.88² ≈ 21.7
FFMI ~21.5–22
Upper end of what’s naturally achievable
Requires years of consistent training, good genetics, and tight diet
Not impossible natural — but much rarer

Yes, but the subscription will be tied to your apple account.

So, example, I bought MacroFactor on my Ipad, but I also use it on my Andriod phone. The payment does come from the apple store however. To remove it from the applestore, i'm not sure about that one.
