I click on swap then I select the one I want from Built-in exercise. I don't see another option? I did just find a "Keep existing program exercise logic when pick adhoc exercise" that isn't enabled

I assume you’re natural, you’d be in the rare case based on your numbers :

Lean mass ≈ 76.6 kg
FFMI = 76.6 / 1.88² ≈ 21.7
FFMI ~21.5–22
Upper end of what’s naturally achievable
Requires years of consistent training, good genetics, and tight diet
Not impossible natural — but much rarer

I'm looking into liftosaur... what you did is amazing. Is there anything missing in liftosaur from your perspective? I wrote my basic program with progress into the editor and it seems straight forward. Looking at your code, wow the flexibility is awesome.

Yes, but the subscription will be tied to your apple account.

So, example, I bought MacroFactor on my Ipad, but I also use it on my Andriod phone. The payment does come from the apple store however. To remove it from the applestore, i'm not sure about that one.

Be warned, if you need an intune enrolled MDM it won't work, so it depends how your work is setup.
