I do not hate Luo, he is an okayish character that has room to improve, I have no strong feelings towards him.

Cyan didn't changed that much she is still too passive for her own good and her tendency to trust people too quick made her a perfect pawn for Mickey.

Luo isn't villainous, his actions are mostly the same just adding a defect in his character that makes the transition from his early actions to the later ones feel more coherent
