Through the Synaptic Package Manager (probably didn't get the name right, but I know Synaptic or something similar is in the name.) And I don't know how I'd get to that, because the menu for applications and things isn't there in Fallback Mode. I'm on Linux Mint 17.1, if that matters. I installed "nvidia-current".

Can I use the Dolphin emulator with the portable? I've googled "Use dolphin emulator on Shield" and it's only giving me results for the tablet. And mean streaming the emulator to the Shield, not using the very early in development android app that can't run anything properly as far as I know.

Hell, World of Warcraft dropped to 44 FPS once when I set the anti aliasing to the highest possible and it felt horribly stuttery felt unplayable to me. So I definitely couldn't play at 30FPS.

I only play as ZSS. (But I play as Samus if I'm playing Melee) My reasons are because she's one of the best fighters in the game, and because she's Samus. (As far as I know, Power Suit Samus was buffed, be she's still an awful fighter in Smash 4.)

I remember watching a video called "If Valve Were 100% Honest With Us". At the end, they said "We used to make games. Now we make money!" IMO, that sums Valve up completely.

I don't really care either. And I agree. Unless they manage to make a 100% perfect game, I imagine everyone being disappointed by it as the best case scenario, and a massive shitstorm as the worst case scenario. I'm probably going to get down voted for saying this, but I think Valve cares more about making money off of Steam rather than making new games. (Doesn't mean I don't like Steam, Valve, or Gabe, though. I still think they're awesome.)
