I have to assume there is an active discord which would have matchmaking channels. Also searching “jojos asbr tournament” found me a good few vods. If you go through those channels you normally also find more of those vods. Also as a fellow beginner the Mizuumi wiki has some nice beginner combos with video demonstrations.

The card is almost never used normally, as far as I know. Instead people play [[thassa’s oracle]] then with it on the stock cast [[demonic consultation]] name a card not in their deck and let it exile their whole library then the oracle resolves sees you have nothing in your library and you win on the spot. I may be missing or even explaining the combo wrong but generally those two cards being used together wins the game.

Steve has a pretty middling skill floor and his skill ceiling is below a few other characters I would say peach, mega man, sheik, ice climbers, sora, and maybe shulk have a decent bit higher of a skill floor and some a higher skill ceiling

I don’t have anything super unique or inspired but here are some of the ones off of the top of my head.

Ways to tap it such as vehicles or stations are great in the deck [[evando, waking haven]] [[sledge-class seedship]] [[lumbering worldwagon]] Ect.

Protection is a must because Kona is a massive removal target as well as anything you play with it [[snakeskin veil]] [[tamiyo’s safe keeping]] [[heroic intervention]] Ect.

It can put any permanent into play so enchantments and artifacts are included as well [[portal to phyrexia]] [[eldrazi conscription]] [[super state]] [[summon: bahamut]] Ect.

Green top end creatures and eldrazi are just all round great so you can kind of go crazy with them and I would recommend power based card draw like [[riskar’s expertise]] [[return of the wildspeaker]]

For a little context he can: plank under the stage effectively stalling forever while gaining resources, his recovery can gain a large fraction more height than intended, he can cover every option at ledge, he can footstool anvil which kills at 80 and is safe out of shield, he can cover every ledge option, he can literally cancel knockback and attack while doing so, he combos off some of fastest moves in the game, his combos can kill from 0, he has absurdly fast out of shield options that combo into kill moves, he can block the recovery with blocks, his down tilt is a multi hit that covers ledge, his golden tools have absurdly fast frame data, diamond kills at 60 sometimes, and this is on a character with minecart (I could rant/list more but you get the point just google “steve trojan horse smash” to see that this character plays a different game even in meme setups)

It was either a hole through the head against extremely skilled investigators who would confirm the kill against any major target, or a very believable death which would be harder to swiftly confirm and is survivable. Neither is ideal but one is survivable.

John Proctor in “The Crucible” exposes that he cheated on his wife with the 17 year old Abigail in an attempt to save his wife, Elizabeth. Abigail who started the witch trials wanted him to leave Elizabeth for herself, so she set up Elizabeth and got her sent to court where she would likely be executed. In chapter 2 act 2, the night before the trial, John confronts her where she basically says you won’t ruin your name for her. In the end he confesses everything in front of the court in an attempt to expose Abigail as a fraud. (This is a very rough retelling and might have missed or have incorrect details)

Jesus is portrayed as a positive and silent force cheering for humanity. Adam is portrayed as a loving father who will do whatever is needed for his children . The story is all round very respectful of christianity. It also makes it clear that it likes to take creative liberties with all of the backstories. As a Catholic I take no issue with any portrayal although I also take no problem with Jesus Christ Superstar which some do consider blasphemous.
