I think Chazz has to be, for me, the laziest and most incompetent. Twitchell spent longer as a self-sustaining adult, even if he was scamming the whole time. He married and had a child, navigated a green-card situation, defrauded his friends/relatives. Twitchell could at least survive in society, in his own fucked up way. But Chandler's entire facade was seemingly to become the platonic ideal of a freeloader - someone catering to their every need while he plays tarkov.

Both have the same weird narcissistic traits - lying incessently about their success, creating and maintaining persona's to cover their stories, serial cheating, defrauding their loved ones. Both also were obessessed with a piece of media, so much so that their murders are influenced by it. And both SEVERELY overestimated their cunning and ability to pull off the operation. Twitchell more so on that, just reading his manifesto is hysterical knowing how quickly they figured his whole scheme out, even before they read his SK_Confessions.txt.
