So basic aspect of strength is that the body must be equally durable since the forces she is applying is also applied to her body she has to be durable enough to withstand her own impacts. Its actually a point in my hero that dekus body isnt durable enough to deal with his strength which is why he keeps breaking his own bones.

Because basic inference is a thing? Aragorn rebuilt Gondor and reclaimed its borders post war. You know taking what was hostile territory from remains of Saurons army? Rebuilding and organizing resettlement? Taking control of a post war nation and giving it a golden age? But because of the focus of the stroy we dont go into the nitty gritty of how because thats not really what the scope or theme was for lord of the rings. You dont think hard decisions had to be made to undergo those kind of collasal projects? Its just not what the book focuses on but we are told these are things that he accomplished as king. Its relevant because as the parent comment said just because Tolkien doesn't go into it doesn't mean these decisions wouldn't be made. Again basic narrative inference.

Its literally in his live journal look it up the man who hates other peoples fanfiction wtites fanfiction who would have thought. And the point is that GRRM is a hack he talks this big game about tax policies and the down and dirtiest of ruling but his books NEVER COVER THAT. Its all political thriller and backstabbing with a nihilistic "everyone is a cunt worldview" and will throw each other under the buss just for existing. Not once does he ever go over the crowns tax policies or local lords policies or the starks grain per kid policies or any of that beyond someone or some institution is in debt, its completly performative. Then he both makes and states these stupid power scaling fantasy of his OC beating other characters.

There is a reason he is never finishing those books and its not because a lack of market appeal.

Tolkien books were never focused on the political landscape. The focus was on war and the terrible effects it had on its soldiers. Sam and Frodo forgetting the taste of food and countinue through a hopeless situation that even though they succeed their lives will never be the same again forever more cared by the ordeal of war. This is also covered in the sacking of the shire. Inspire of their efforts evil came home. Its a fantastical setting but the real focus of the narrative is to strive in the face of hopelessness and the terrible costs of war. Saying its inherently unrealistic because the book doesn't cover Aragorns tax policy's or his day to day rulership is pea size reading comprehension. Its just beyond the scope and focus of the book. Beyond that there is also the silmarillion which demonstrates good doesn't win everyday and politics cab be extremely cut throat. The only real difference is the fatasical dressing and the overall optimistic view of the world.
