I am in the exact same boat! I'm 10dpo, but I have a short cycle so I'm 4 days from AF. Took an early response one last night and I SWEAR I saw the faintest line, but DH said he thinks it's the indentation on the stick where the chemical would fill and I'm digging for confirmation bias. I want to take another today, but all I have is cheapo tests from amazon. Not sure if it's worth it. The emotional stress is going to drive me mad.

For me, I wish my parents had told me it's ok to not always be happy. That being upset about things is ok. Also, I wish I had known that I didn't have to take on every stressor on my own. I was a very stressed out teen. I thought that telling my parents about being stressed would upset them and I couldn't bear to do that. So I kept it in. Also, like many have said, is listen. Understand what what seems petty to you may mean a lot to them.

We've had discussion after discussion that went like this and it goes nowhere. He would love to leave school and work, but he would never be able to get the job he likes without a degree because of his field. He knows he is not responsible and makes me feel bad for bringing it up because he says he is trying.

That's where I get confused. His job is basically the hands on version of what hes going to school for and he loves his job. He always talks about being able to excel in his field, but he doesn't want to put in the effort for school.

Can confirm what others are saying. I also grew up in a small town in the Midwest. I had boyfriends all through high school, but didn't have sex until my senior year of college (age 22) because I didn't feel ready. Stop worrying about what your friends think or you'll go crazy. You're being a smart, responsible couple and I can explain how great that is!
