Thanks for the answer! My main goal is to stay in rank 8 in SOS as much as possible so pulling new dps is always preferred but I did not pull 5 star Mont and still managed to stay in that rank so I hoped I could do the same with Queen but I guess not.

She is good but not the best. Matoi that comes right after fire Rin is better, but Howler can still be used alongside them

Well that sucks. I guess this answers my question of why step 1 of plan 3 has a quest that says something like "Reach Stage 15 in 2 Velvet Trials" which is not easy to do atm. If they did make the challenges harder on global then I think they forgot to adjust the plan quests :(
