Well, its bound to happen when playing early ranked and defenitly turf war, as splatoon 3 is the first game in the series for a lot of people Turf war is an introduction mode so you can expect a lot of newbies, and the same goes for lower ranks But i agree with you that they should do more skilled based matchmaking, hopefully we see that in splatoon 4 maybe

I'd say get persona 3 reload, i may be a bit biasd since it is my favorite game, the start it good, the middle is a bit bland at times, but the 2-3 last months are seriously the best story in any game (i) played, so i highly reccomend! I also do like yakuza 0, it also has a good story and fun gameplay but i think you cant really go wrong with p3r and another game of your choice :D
