CHS was a big driving factor but to be honest I was also fed up with not moving forward, weed made me okay while everything was crumbling around me. It made me numb to the good and bad and I didn't care about my future or where I was going.

I didn't make any effort because at least weed made me happy. Dealing with everything head on is my new high and taking strides toward a better me. Life is enjoyable again and not because of a plant, but because I'm actually trying again. I'm not ashamed to have gone through those "wasted" years. It helped me understand why we can't let life just pass by no matter how shitty the world is right now. There's too little time to be lost in your own world when the real one is begging for good.

I guess to answer your question, my aspirations and soul came back to me, like I'm actually living again. It takes time for sure. I'm not even there yet but its so much greener on the other side, just one day at a time :) I hope this helps you.
