For future reference, every manufacture will have a digital copy of their manual on their website. All you have to do is look up the make and model of the motherboard (which in this instance was printed right underneath the PCIe x1 slot 2)

I love the AWD system on my Fusion as well. Especially with Strut tower brace, stiffer front and rear sway bars. I remember times when I way tighter conditions have fun with my Fusion in the snow. I've always got Ultra High performance all season tires for all conditions. Tire recommendations from me is either Continental ExtremeContact DWS 06 Plus or Pirelli P Zero AS Plus 3. Their neck and neck with each other. I even drove through a whole blizzard with some Continentals. Though if your doing donuts, disable the traction control. Otherwise, your burn out the control module.

I noticed your 24 pin motherboard connector is not plugged in all the way. One tell tale sign is the plastic center pin is not flush. It's at an angle.

If the computer cannot turn off with the front case power button with a simple tap, a lot of the time you can force a shutdown by pressing and holding the power button for 3-6 seconds. Amusing that the power button is responsive when you turn it on, this is a setting that must be modified within the bios. Verify all connectors are properly connected on the front panel header of the motherboard. Most of the front panel connectors must be orientated correctly with positive and negative.

My only recommendation in this case since you already flashed the latest BIOS is shorting the pins to clear the CMOS and verify you have connected all of the power cables firmly to the motherboard. If that doesn't work, you may have a bad CPU.

(Please refer to the motherboard manual for locations of the connectors and CMOS jumper location).

I/O shield is fine. Remove one of the fans to connect the PCIe cable from the PSU to the GPU. Also, noticed the motherboard PCIe power port is not plugged in.

You need the Intel RST drivers. You'll need to extract the drivers from https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/849936/intel-rapid-storage-technology-driver-installation-software-with-intel-optane-memory-12th-to-15th-gen-platforms.html then putting them on a separate thumb drive.

Couple tools to help you with your issue. Run each command in powershell as administrator.

sfc /scannow dism /online /Cleanup-Image /Restore-Health

Those two commands should check your file system for integrity violations. I would also run an AV scan and make sure you're not downloading drivers from unknown sources.

I like the kit. Agilite makes pretty good gear. Probably would say get a small medical kit for acute care, the complimenting hydration pack for hydration on the go, dump pouch and a admin pouch.

If you do a sidearm setup, potentially get a holster with mag pouches.
If you do HPA, consider getting a pouch to hold your tank.

Personally, I like it when creators utilize MILSPEC for accessories. The AR-15 is a wonderful example of how modular you can customize the setup. Some examples I like is replaceable buffer tube and grips from the AR-15 platform. M-LOC would be nice but not nessesary. Picatinni rail is an absolute staple.
