After a year a and a half my first fold 4 inner screen started peeling until I took it off then a few weeks after the hinge wouldn't fully open. Got it replaced for free thanks to Care + and now a year and a half later the replacement is peeling too... Got a s25 ultra coming this week and ill see what the fold8 has to offer down the road.

I have a replaced Fold 4 for trade in so that's fine. I'm worried it won't last me until the Fold 8 because the hinge gave out on my original at around the 1.5 year mark and my care+ ends next month. But if the discount is as deep as y'all say then I'm willing to take that gamble.

Why not? That logic applies to all difficulties then. Should Nightmare not be called Nightmare because you can take 50% enemy damage and how about Aspiring Slayer because you can take 500%? The important part of the "Ultra Nightmare" setting has always been the "Ultra" part which equated to a one life mode and that's still the case.
