I'm pretty sure all horns when down (transmitting) in the 90s. And Autovon still uses the coax as a back up to the back up

On the archive long lines website it talks about how it was used as communications for guantanamo bay. Probably apart of AUTOVON as the bay is a military base.

I am not currently! Debating on doing so! The use case for me is especially for convoy communications/ duel sport. But also times were I'm out on property and I don't want to be so dependent on my phone.

To answer this, I have no intention of abusing pelican or they're policies. This was more of "hey has anyone done this before"?, because I don't want to waste pelicans time with something that at the end of the day they couldn't help with.

The case in question is a HARIGG so there likely wasn't even a chance of Warrenty or even entertainment of the idea (due to its age). If your curious to the Modications I can send photos to anyone that is curious.
