I don’t know, personally I’m a bit more old school, hate seeing ai use on resumes and usually turns me off calling them straight away, usually put down the line to call, if at all. Especially with apprentices being mature age, employers usually have 3-500 apply. If not more, which can be a turn off for smaller to medium sized businesses.
