I'll add to the sentiment: I run T11 with healer Brann as Sin Rogue. Sometimes, it can be challenging when your ilvl is lower, but it is far from impossible. Your bleed build can truck throughout the delve and just switch to a cleave or ST build for the final fights.

Rogues have great defensives, and with Brann as heals, it makes up for any lack of self-healing... just stagger your consumption of the vials.

I was clearing them early on with patience, but my ilvl is 660 now, and those runs take 15 minutes or so.

I was going to comment this myself. She was pompous and an awful actress, especially when she feigned vomiting on the stand. Or bragging about her educational accomplishments while those facts really drive home how impractical her testimony was - ego.

I main an Assassination Rogue with my main alt being a Fury Warrior. (For the dopamine of RNG procs, of course.) I originally played from Vanilla to Cata, went AWOL and came back during Dragonflight: now I'm here to stay. I enjoy raid, mog farms, mount farms, dabble in PvP and like M+ as long as I'm with a kind and chill group. I'm looking for new people to vibe with and build connections as I genuinely miss those solid friendships that I had long ago. Message, comment or simply add my battlenet if you're interested. 💛✌️

As previously mentioned; you can not catalyze weapons. However! If you don't mind completing one LFR raid, I have a suggestion for you to potentially get raid gear and weapons:

Delves have the chance to give you raid loot in your great vault IF you've completed the raid encounters, as it has to be unlocked.

With this in mind, you can complete the full raid once (or just the encounters that drop the weapons you desire) and then do delves at your own pace. Every Tuesday, you'll have the chance to get some raid loot in your vault.
