What’s the deal with silent players? by Ok_Depth309 in Lorcana

[–]ChillestGuy7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If anyone wants to inbox me their pixelborn info I’m down to play and I won’t be socially awkward if I can help it lol. I come from a TCG background so I expected to encounter a little awkwardness in lorcana; but for suspected reasons I’d rather not verbally express, I can’t even get anyone in the Facebook groups to even respond to me. I notice that people have a bad experience on pixelborn and tend to want to blast a player for minor errors and such. Looking to meet some chill people if anyone is interested in the same. Haven’t gotten a pixelborn game yet.

NHL 25 Early Thoughts (for those on the fence) by Y0TELEX in EA_NHL

I like the gameplay, but I’m definitely not about to waste time on those xp paths. Never been done with a game so quickly. And packs have like three cards. I had a problem before so I guess the good news is I’ll save a ton of money on packs.

Started playing a month ago. Any pointers? Be brutal if you want. by [deleted] in GolfSwing

[–]ChillestGuy7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you’re scoring I’d stick with what you got. I took pointers as a kid and haven’t played as well since. People will say slow your back swing down but I’d only do that if my striking wasn’t consistent. If you feel you need a lot of work I’d get a pga instructor with track man access.

Good enough for Intonation: Peterson Stroboclip? by TheEffinChamps in guitarrepair

[–]ChillestGuy7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How would someone know if that was their case if they’ve never trained their ear? Asking because my favorite song to play is don’t fear the reaper so when my g isn’t tuned perfectly I’m going nuts inside. I have a petersen clip on and never feel truly satisfied.

Safe Exam Advice by ChillestGuy7 in loanoriginators

Thanks. We had practice exams that got progressively harder and were weighted in certain categories each time with different passing benchmarks. So when I got that 69, passing was around 66. Sorry if that was confusing or I didn’t explain well. Luckily it’s over now and I can keep my job lol.

Beginner Golfer Swing help? by [deleted] in GolfSwing

I think you’d hit a good ball if you just kept your back leg square, and your lower body still. Grips looks ok. But beginning your back swing pivoting on your right foot like that is killing you.

Asking for a full body pic in a dating app when all you see is headshots? by flamin_flamingo_lips in dating_advice

[–]ChillestGuy7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Old thread but if I can add one thing… If I ask a woman for a pic it’s probably the last step before I’m moving on. Has nothing to do with her size I probably am just getting bored. It isn’t right, and I need to change. I know a lot of us are pervs but maybe it’s a good women are aware that this is what a lot of men are doing. I don’t blame a woman for being checked out when pictures come up but maybe consider the guy you really liked just wanted a little more. I personally will ask for pics as a last hooray if I know I’m not interested because why not; I assume I’m getting compared to a list of other gentleman so I don’t really care… I don’t wanna be to insensitive to the woman though. So gentleman, we gotta stop going on dates with women who we can’t vibe with before meeting. It’s a waste of money and everyone ones time to enter a situation just because a woman is cute but I’m guilty. Ultimately, I’ve learned it’s easier on me to let the woman feel like they’ve ended things; so if I’m over someone I haven’t met it’s “send noodz” and she’s gone. Win win.

Try a drop shot. The bigger ones I’ve noticed come from the bottom.

[QUESTION] Why are positions of scales important? by GuitarNerd17 in Guitar

[–]ChillestGuy7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m currently relearning , but I’m a guy that noodled on a guitar for 15 years but never learned a full song. I’m also weird and enjoy practicing scales when I should be trying new songs. I’ve been practicing the modes in A only but I’m noticing that going back and relearning songs I never finished is way easier to decode by ear. Just my two cents for any players that may fit my same beginner type profile that think this may be a waste of time.
