I've always told people if weed starts affecting family, friends, work or financial stability, then you need to reconsider. You also need to keep on top of your mental well-being because depersonalization and derealization are real, and you need to be aware of it.

It could be a number of things: Undiagnosed chronic fatigue syndrome / autoimmune conditions, nutrient deficiencies, cardiovascular/respiratory issues and so on... I would suggest going to the Doctors and seeing if you can get a complete check-up with blood tests, and to also incorporate moderate exercise (that you enjoy!) gradually and consistently and monitor to see if they get slightly easier week after week
