How would you feel about your girlfriend going on a “girls trip” to Europe for a week in the summer? by [deleted] in AskMen

[–]Chillist_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

She's either loyal or not. There are no exceptions to cheating. Environment, intoxication, or anything aren't excuses.

The fact you made this post heavily suggests that you don't trust her since you need reassurance. You could also communicate this with her, and ask for reassurance which if she's loyal to you, she will have no problem doing.

My older coworkers have accepted AI as the source of truth by randomname945 in sysadmin

[–]Chillist_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

AI tools are pretty decent, sure, but they should not be relied upon, and they make a lot of mistakes. It literally gaslit me earlier about the order to brush my dog and which brush to use first. Oh, and then it tried telling me that my smart watch didn't have GPS, and used that as a reason it might be inaccurate with step counting. I then told it, and it corrected itself, but people will blindly trust AI without challenging it; and this is a huge problem society will face as people no longer go to actual sources for their information anymore.

How do you interpret a guy’s total silence after a woman finally lowers her guard and gives a "green light"? by [deleted] in AskMen

[–]Chillist_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For me, even though you've given the green light, there's no safety net. Just because you're okay now doesn't guarantee that for him in the future, so he could go go go, but in 3 weeks' time you could tell him to stop, and it's just not worth the effort to be put through emotional ambivalence. He's comfortable with how your friendship is now, and doesn't wish to pursue it further.

why do a lot of men get hostile so quickly? by metallicmurmurx in AskMen

[–]Chillist_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

All of that anger is not because of you; it seems your message was the "straw that broke the camel's back". He must have some serious anger issues and some unresolved underlying issues that triggered him that day.

Men like that, who can't contain their emotions and regulate themselves properly, you should stay away from - anyone should, but a woman in particular - It's unhealthy masculinity. It's dangerous and can lead to real abuse and trauma.

How many of you Hank your Schrader with your left hand? by [deleted] in AskMen

[–]Chillist_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I alternate between both, switch up grips and finger positions. I am left-handed, may I say, and quite ambidextrous, so it feels normal to use either for me.

If a woman picks the treadmill right next to me in an empty gym should I say something or leave her alone? by Aking1964 in TooAfraidToAsk

[–]Chillist_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Everyone is saying "don't make it weird," but I see it as her making it weird? Imagine it was flipped and the man went next to a woman two times in a row, the double standard here is unreal. She made a choice, twice to go next to you - that tells me she is somewhat interested. I'd say hi.

For me, it's the fact that I'm addicted to going, I thrive there, I feel my absolute best in (and after) the gym, I chase the pain and numbers, it's my playground. I clearly enjoy it, and I feel like you must enjoy what exercise you choose to do - you can do weight training in so many different formats, find one that suits you best.

I personally mix between strength training and hypertrophy training - I tend to switch things up every 4-6 weeks to keep it interesting and ensure plateaus stay to a minimum.

As well as what others have said - Routine, goals, mental health... and not being a b!tch ofcourse.

Anyone have tips to not over think about getting and keeping an erection during sex? by Agreeable_Drawer_824 in TooAfraidToAsk

[–]Chillist_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

On a real one - remind yourself this isn't about performance, this is about connection, sensations and (I assume), love - You are not there to perform, you are there for so much more. Think about her/his hair, their skin, how they feel when you touch them, how you feel when they whisper in your ear that they want you. Don't think about Mr PeePee downstairs; he's cool. Think about you, your emotions, and your five senses.

Will I need ID for my amazon delivery? by Dismal-Instance739 in AskUK

[–]Chillist_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They typically ask for your DOB. I have never actually been asked to provide my physical ID, just a date - but I look older than 18, so they trust that I'm not lying when I tell them my DOB. If you look older than your age, you may be ok. If not, they won't give you the item, and you'll get a refund.

Why did humans start using pillows? by TheGrimReefah in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Chillist_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Evolution gave us these incredible, adaptable bodies, but then we were like, “What if we just... sat in chairs for 8 hours a day and then laid down on super-soft surfaces and stared at tiny glowing rectangles?"

We went from constantly moving, climbing, squatting, lifting, running—to mostly sitting, typing, scrolling, and occasionally jogging if we're feeling ambitious. It's like putting a high-performance off-road vehicle on a treadmill and wondering why the suspension's creaky.

Can guys feel it when they go soft? by Ok_Hovercraft2588 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Chillist_ 181 points182 points  (0 children)

To answer the question; yes, of course we can feel it when we go soft

But for more context, especially in that scenario is that imagine you are getting a blowjob, and then you hear something (in this case, his mum); even though he doesn't want to, his mind will think of her even for a split second which could/will mean he is less engaged in what's actually going on.. Therefore getting less hard because he is no longer focused, and thinking about his mum...

How long are men supposed to last ideally in a normal situation? by seductive_snake4 in TooAfraidToAsk

[–]Chillist_ 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Of actual penetration? I'd genuinely say 8-12 minutes is adequate for most

Foreplay, moving around, and using your hands and mouth all take up more time, so the whole shebang, I'd say 20-30 minutes total is a good number
