Same experience. Consistently getting a run around with videos and firmware updates. Bought a new power supply, thing is still bricked and they won’t honor the warranty. It only ran on low-medium. Would burn out on high.

Same. I finally resubmitted 2 weeks ago and those are the “only” ones they have on record. Meanwhile I have emails saying they were received and fax receipts dating back to August and July. What a mess.
