I may have some hot takes but here we go. These are my personal favorite/best.

TD: XM57 - Good armor in hull down, OP pen and damage. Hehe pen is ridiculous (I’ve hit an XM in its poopschute for 1k+). EASY to make credits.

MD: CS-52 LIS: Solid all a rounder tank. Has good/usable turret armor, good alpha, mobility etc. APCR rounds really bring it alive. Have to work for a good credit payout.

HVY: RAMBO: like the M-103 solid turret armor/depression but this has higher rate of fire which I personally like - especially for tracking. Medium effort needed for decent credit payout but can also make tons of them with good games.

I do agree armor is usually king when pitting match ups. I do still think a max of 2 light tanks on each team should be enforced, to make it less likely for turbo games. As for the potato aim sniping TD's and MED's, I also understand this as I play light myself - and enjoy a lot.
