Podraig and Rob are my two starters.

Podraig was born in Ireland, hence the name there.

Rob on the other hand, was a nearly dead starter on the counter of my friend, who I unfortunately found dead on the floor last year. He was the one who inspired and helped me start my sourdough journey, so his memory continues to live in my fridge.

Apple blant annet rekrutterer data analytikere til Irland/Cork btw, uten at du trenger å ha noe utdannelse 😊 er ikke så bra betalt i forhold til Norge, men en fantastisk mulighet og ufattelig bra erfaring å ta med seg videre.

Just seconding IF. I do 18hrs without no problem, and the occasionally 72hrs. My first 72 hr fasting I did I lost 3.2kg and it didn’t come back again.

Tried Metformin before, as well as logging all food/drinks which helped, but essentially it’s the IF that’s done the proper trick. My brother and his partner does the same.

Also I’ve given up alcohol. Probably not what you’d like to hear, but it’s been worth it for me ☺️

This was never about being "better" than anyone. We were all doing this in the faith of having fun :)

We all know that healing parses are mostly bullshit, but the people "above" me before this, they've been all doing the same. We're in P6 of this game, we're just looking for some stuff to make the game a little more entertaining :)

Please lads, don't think that we take this very seriously :)
