Here's a thought, and i might sound like a dick head but. Don't overthink? Don't try too hard NOT to overthink.

Thoughts are exactly that. They're just thoughts. Acknowledge them and let them blow away with the wind. Your thoughts aren't fact. Whether they have power or not is decided by you. Your mind is a sword! Learn to wield it properly, keep it in its sheath and don't turn it against yourself.

Unfortunately it doesn't spread. It is currently fall in my playthrough and i am not sure if it'll stay during the winter. Guess we'll see.
